how much effort is involved in making a skin for eblah?

If you are familiar with css, and html, then it is really not that hard at all.  When I first started making them, it was tricky because I didn't understand css...but once I got that down...it was easy.

One of these days I plan on making a graphic or html page that shows you which css formatting affects each area on the forum...one of these days .
