I have now found out that the Griffin is in the centre of the screen on my PC, i have changed the Screen Resolution but the same error still occurs. The Forum works fine on my brothers PC. But at work the error is there aswell. Does anyone have any ideas why it would disply in the centre of the screen.

Anyone know if there is a FREE Chat Server that would work with E-Blah 10.3 or 10.3.3?
My users are asking for a chat server to be on the forum board.
Thanks, kapii

I've got to say, I really like Eblah! It's easy to use and that makes life much simpler for this old man!
I do have a problem that I'm not finding an answer for, though. I can't get my theme to change to the new one. I'm using v10.3. My website is http://ftaforumworld.com.
I've read a lot of the other posts, and did what you suggested in them, but I'm still not getting anywhere on getting it to show up.
I downloaded the blueglass theme, and I've set it as default, and did the edits, but it still doesn't change. I could sure use a helping hand.
Thanks! kapii

How to transform 6 $ in 6000 $! Loudly sounds but it is valid so. I speak about it so confidently therefore as itself I am the participant of this system and consequently as it has changed my life. I think will change also yours. I have come across this offer at one forum and have decided to try. Wandering as it is usual, on different sorts to forums I suddenly find this clause in which it is spoken that it is possible to make thousand dollars for couple of weeks at an investment only 6 $. Well, I have thought, it should be the next chesspiece for stupid, but has decided all to read up up to the end and to learn that there for the next Herbalife offer... And further there it was spoken, that it is necessary to send on 1 $ on 6 Int...

Hello Guys, may I firstly commend you on the great work you are doing. I want to know how to enable the scrolling news.
If enabled, the news will appear on the Board Index. One news item per line. |

For right now I have disabled user creation. I had several issues with bots or people (not sure to be honest) deleting stuff off the board. If you click on a blue link, you shouldn't be prompted with a login request. It is the red links (pages that are not there) that will prompt you because it goes straight to the edit screen. When I get time, I plan to fix this security issue, and enable registration again.

On the main blahdocs wiki page, when I click the help link and try to read a topic, it says I need to be logged in or create an account. When I hit the login / create an account button it just gives me the login form, I can't see anywhere where I can create a new account. Am I missing something here? |

I had to change things in a few other spots as well, but once you got me started, I understood. Thanks a bunch!
Now I've gotta figure out how to slide the welcome statement, private message statement and those buttons up further into that patch of background art to shrink the amount of real estate taken up on top of the page... |

Edit your template.html and template.css files in the blahdocs/template/WOW directory and do a find and replace for this:
World_of_Warcraft
and replace it with this: WOW
That should fix your problems. -Craig. |

I'm new to E-Blah (Justin installed my forums on Monday) and I love what I see so far. Kudos to Justin and those who have helped, tested and paved the way for a truly impressive forum software package.
Now that my forums are up, I'm looking for a "look" that fits my theme (I run an RPG related site). I went through the themes (AMAZING work Martin) and fell in love with the World of Warcraft theme. I'm having 2 problems with it however. The first one is that the header graphics don't show up. There's space for them, but they don't load. The second problem is that I'd like to reduce the real-estate taken up on top. All those pretty graphics are g...

For help actually using E-Blah, you can go to http://www.eblah.com and send a message to Martin. I know that he had developed something at one time, but I think it is rather old now...but we are planning to get something on the Wiki soon.
In the old documentation, we had a how to build your own theme guide, but I haven't converted it over to the Wiki yet, and it needs updating too. We are also working on a detailed explaination of everything inside of the template.css file guide...but again it isn't done
Check back on the Wiki over the next week or so, and hopefully we have something there.

Hey - we had Justin install the e-blah forum software for us however it is up to me to figure out how to work it and set it up the way we like it (thanks for the button you made davy - it was perfect). But I am clueless as to where to start (one of the bad things about not setting it up myself so I know what I'm doing.) Is there a link that I have overlooked that is a "beginner's guide" to this stuff?? I'm wanting to do my own theme color scheme for one thing.....so that's where I'm wanting to start.
This software, tho, is AWESOME and your support system is great. You guys rock |

Hello in installation setup permissions in [your New Installation] in Wiki
Quoted Text
Below are two tables. The left table contains a list of the directories and files that you must chmod correctly on UNIX servers. The right table contains the permission settings for a windows server. Not setting these permissions correctly could cause your forum not to function properly. If a directory or file is not included in this list then you do not have to set the permissions![end quote] what do you mean i see table but in FileZilla i get owner group and public permissions witch one's do i set and reason i post here is course i think you should update that file i had bit of trouble working that bit uot and still don

Where's all the old themes? Sure, they weren't XHTML complient, but 90% were still compatable with the new version.
No they were not. There have been so many changes since 10.0 with the images and the .css, that I didn't even want to list the old themes any more.
That being said, there are 32 themes finished and available for E-Blah 10.2.5 and above. Martin did them up right, and we are in the process of getting them on the site. Check back after this weekend to see if they are listed on the bladocs.com Wiki.
